Browns Manor is situated as you enter Upington from the Olifantshoek Road on the N14. The newly renovated and decorated guesthouse offers a comfortable, stylish experience with the ease and hospitality typical of the people of the Northern Cape. Luxury suites, family rooms and standard rooms with en-suite facilities, either a bath and or a shower, can accommodate up to 20 people. The calming effect of the waterfalls will rock you to sleep. Chef, Wiliana Liebenberg will prepare a breakfast you will remember. Breakfast can be served indoors or outside at the swimming pool area with beautiful views of the Kalahari. Shuttle services to and from Upington and Upington Airport, can be arranged. Within walking distance is a golf course and casino. The rustic, country side experience can be enjoyed by a river cruise on a steam boat, or by 4 X 4 and quad bike excursions. Browns Manor is about 800 km drive from Cape Town and Johannesburg. South African Airways offer returned flight every alternative day. It is the ideal stop-over on your way to the Kgalagadi Gate of the Kalahari Gemsbok Park, while a day trip to the Augrabies Waterfalls is recommendable.
